Esta capilla representa la Última Cena de Jesús con sus apóstoles , justo antes de su sufrimiento y crucifixión. En su interior se puede ver una escena escultórica de Jesús sentado a la mesa con sus discípulos. Esta capilla representa el momento en que Jesús celebra la Pascua con sus doce apóstoles e instituye la Eucaristía. Este es un momento crucial en la fe cristiana, pues aquí Jesús anuncia su sufrimiento y comparte el pan y el vino como su cuerpo y su sangre.
Es la primera de las catorce capillas del Vía Crucis del Escadório do Bom Jesus en Braga.
