Le moulin à blé en brique de Oostkerke est situé sur un rempart. A cet endroit il y avait au 14ième siècle un moulin à pivot en bois qui appartenait aux seigneurs de Oostkerke. Un feu violent a détruit le moulin en 1874. Le même année on a construit un moulin en pierre à calotte tournante.
Le moulin a quatre étages: une calotte, un grenier au monte-sacs, un grenier à meules et un rez-de-chaussée.
Ce monument protégé a été restauré en 1970-1973 et en 1988-1991 et actuellement c'est un moulin à blé en état de marche.
