L’église Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation est un lieu de culte catholique situé à Champlain, dans la région de la Mauricie, au Québec, Canada. Elle a été classée immeuble patrimonial en 2001 par le ministère de la Culture et des Communications. Elle est la première église de la Mauricie à recevoir cette protection juridique.
L'église a été construite en 1878-1879 par l'architecte et entrepreneur Gédéon Leblanc de Princeville, et fut ouverte au culte le 9 octobre 1879. L'édifice mesure 42 m de longueur par 20,4 m de largeur. La hauteur de la voûte est de 16 m , alors que les clochers s'élèvent à 53,6 m du sol.
