Questo sentiero d'alta quota conduce lungo il bordo del bosco a Saas-Grund, passando per vecchi pini Avula e una ricca flora alpina. Lungo la strada si ha una splendida vista sulla Vispertal. È anche possibile seguire solo la prima parte di questo percorso in alta quota. Il circuito conduce da Giw a Gspon ed è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici su entrambi i lati. Il tempo di percorrenza è di circa tre ore. Da Gspon si può seguire il sentiero d'alta quota nella valle di Saas fino a Kreuzboden/Saas Grund in quattro ore. Questa sezione del percorso dura quattro ore. C'è un buon collegamento con i mezzi pubblici di Kreuzboden/Saas Grund.
