Tot landhuishotel zogenaamd "DUINHOF" verbouwde en gerenoveerde hoeve volgens jaartal daterend van "1754". De site staat op de Ferarriskaart (1770-1778) en op de Atlas der Buurtwegen (1842) als "Ferme Dierickx" aangeduid. Gelegen langs een voetweg, op de Atlas beschreven als Chemin n° 15, "Haenvoetweg. Sentier de Clemskerke au Cabaret dit den Haen" (zie straatinleiding). De hoeve ligt nu midden in een verkaveling van 1963.
