Prachtige wandeling doorheen de Dombergheide (heide-herstel-gebied) en gecombineerd met aan de anderen kant van het kanaal het natuurgebied van Natuur & Bos "Den Doolhof".
Je loopt langs de steenovens (La Bonne Espérance - afgesloten vleermuizenreservaat).
Tevens kom je langs enkele vennen in het Vennengebied
