Café de la Paix wordt sinds 1966 gerund door de familie JESPERE en biedt een traditionele keuken op basis van verse producten, een echte "grootmoeders" kookstijl.
De chef-kok herziet deze traditionele keuken en geeft seizoensproducten al hun smaak. De warme ontvangst en het vriendelijke personeel zorgen ervoor dat je het naar je zin hebt.
Als je haast hebt, is het dagmenu voldoende, maar als je wat tijd over hebt, laat je dan verleiden door de eenvoudige gerechten met een rijke smaak.
Het motto van het huis is "kwaliteit en eenvoud", er zijn weinig verrassingen en het plezier is altijd aanwezig.
