Magreglio heeft een kapelletje van de Madonna del Ghisallo en een schrijn voor wielrenners. Madonna del Ghisallo is sinds 1948 de patroonheilige van de wielrenners. De fiets van Fabio Casartelli kreeg hier een plaats, temidden van wielertruien, foto's en voorwerpen die herinneren aan grote en kleine kampioenen. Fabio Casartelli stierf op 18 juli 1995 tijdens de afdaling van de Col d'Aspet tijdens de Tour de France. Met verwondingen aan het hoofd werd hij naar het ziekenhuis gevoerd maar hij overleed voor hij het ziekenhuis bereikte. Zijn vrouw en zoontje waren aanwezig bij de plechtigheid in dit dorp Magreglio.
