L'any 2007 tenia 1.173 habitants.El 2007 la població de fet de Restigné era de 1.173 persones. Hi havia 502 famílies, de les quals 129 eren unipersonals , 200 parelles sense fills, 153 parelles amb fills i 20 famílies monoparentals amb fills.
