Boulevard Général Wahis er en vigtig arterie, der er en del af den store ringvej i Bruxelles, beliggende på kommunen Schaerbeek, som strækker sig fra krydset ved avenue Chazal og boulevard Lambermont til pladsen Général Meiser, forbi avenue des Jardins, boulevard Léopold III, rue des Pavots og rue Paul Hymans. Det er en forlængelse af boulevard Lambermont og forlænges af boulevard Auguste Reyers. Mellem nr. 16 og 18 findes en adgangsvej til et industriområde, der grænser op til den tidligere station Schaerbeek-Josaphat. Denne adgangsvej bærer også navnet boulevard Général Wahis indtil forbindelsen med kommunen Evere, hvor denne gade hedder rue August De Boeck.
