Wellemeersen er et anerkendt naturreservat og Natura 2000-område i den belgiske kommune Denderleeuw. Det er et oversvømmelsesområde ved Dender, som ligger nord for kvarteret Leeuwbrug og øst for delkommunen Welle. Wellemeersen dækker primært et område mellem jernbanelinjerne 50 og 50A mod syd og øst og Dender mod vest.
