Heiligkors-kirken i Landsberg am Lech ligger på en skråning over den gamle bydel. Den tidligere jesuitkirke blev indviet i 1754. Forud for dette stod der allerede en forgængerbygning fra 1584 på samme sted, som tilhørte en af de første kirker i ordenen i Tyskland.
Rokoko-indretningen stammer fra midten af det 18. århundrede. Loftsmalerierne er udført af Christoph Thomas Scheffler. Højaltarbilledet af Johann Baptist Baader fra 1758 viser korsfæstelsen af Kristus. Heiligkors-kirken er designet som noviciatskirke. Dette fremgår af fremstillinger af ordenens hellige Aloisius af Gonzaga, Francisco de Xavier, Ignatius af Loyola, Paul Miki og ledsagere samt Stanislaus Kostka.
