Autentisk indretning med antik møbler, et enormt gasfyr midt i salen, dækkeservietter, gardiner med vichy-ruteforsyning... Tjenerne er klædt som i gamle dage, og du kan se kokken arbejde. Specialiteter: potjevleesch, simremørbrad, fiskewaterzooi, souffler, crème brûlée, pandekager som bedstemor.
