Den Internationale Domstol er det vigtigste retlige organ inden for De Forenede Nationer. Domstolen beskæftiger sig med retsstridigheder mellem stater. Den består af 15 dommere, der vælges af Generalforsamlingen og Sikkerhedsrådet. Den Internationale Domstol har til huse i Haag i Fredspaladset.
Udover Den Internationale Domstol er der i Haag også flere internationale domstole: Den Internationale Straffedomstol, Jugoslavien-Domstolen, Iran-USA Kravdomstolen og Den Permanente Voldgiftsret.
