Die Burschenschaft Dresdensia-Rugia zu Gießen ist eine schlagende Studentenverbindung an der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen. Sie vereint Studenten und ehemalige Studenten der Universitäten Frankfurt/Main und Gießen sowie der Fachhochschule Gießen-Friedberg. Dresdensia-Rugia führt als Fusionsburschenschaft die Traditionen der Leipziger Burschenschaft Dresdensia und der Greifswalder Burschenschaft Rugia fort. Sie ist Mitglied im Verband Deutsche Burschenschaft . Durch ihre Kontakte zur NPD stand sie in mehreren Verfassungsschutzberichten und gilt innerhalb der DB als umstritten.
