Kasteel Eijckholt, auch Eykolt genannt, ist ein Schloss in Roosteren und stammt aus der Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts.
Der ursprüngliche Name war das Heufke. Der Name Eijckholt wird seit 1769 verwendet, als Joannes Henriscus Eijckholt von Maaseik das Schloss erwarb.
Über die Geschichte des Heufke ist wenig bekannt. Der Besitz war in der ersten Hälfte des 17. Jahrhunderts im Besitz der Familie Van Rossum. 1769 wurde der Besitz an die Familie Eijckholt übertragen.
