Urban planning is evident everywhere you look in the new Antwerp district of Nieuw Zuid. A new green neighbourhood emerged here in just a few years’ time, tucked away between Antwerp’s Zuid neighbourhood and the Scheldt, with new tower blocks, a large park, plenty of new amenities and much more. The new Law Courts and the renovation of the former goods station by Bank van Breda provided the momentum for the construction of this neighbourhood. Has it been a while since your last visit?
