It is also along the Seine on the Promenade du Croc Ferrand that you can admire the Cadoles de Champagne 1850 , surrounded by small gardens. Cadoles de Champagne are old dry stone huts (like stone igloos) typical of the vineyards of the Côte des Bar (Bar-sur-Seine and Bar-sur-Aube), built by and for winegrowers to protect them from the bad weather in winter and heat in summer.
