St. Maria Immaculata è una chiesa parrocchiale e oggi chiesa filiale di St. Martin a Raesfeld, costruita come chiesa votiva e situata nella comunità di Rhedebrügge, che appartiene a Borken, Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
St. Maria Immaculata è stata costruita tra il 1886 e il 1889 da Wilhelm Rincklake per la famiglia proprietaria della fattoria situata accanto alla chiesa, dopo che un membro della famiglia aveva superato un lungo viaggio in mare. La chiesa è stata ampliata nuovamente intorno al 1900.
