La concattedrale di Sant'Antonio abate è il principale luogo di culto cattolico di Castelsardo, in provincia di Sassari, concattedrale della diocesi di Tempio-Ampurias.
La chiesa di Sant'Antonio divenne sede della cattedra vescovile di Ampurias nel 1503. L'attuale fabbrica deriva dai rifacimenti operati tra il 1597, per volere del vescovo Giovanni Sanna, e il XVIII secolo. La consacrazione del tempio avvenne nel 1622 ad opera del vescovo Passamar.
