La basilica di Santa Maria Assunta e San Pantaleone è il principale luogo di culto cattolico di Ravello, in provincia di Salerno; fino al 1818 sede vescovile della diocesi di Ravello, attualmente è sede dell'omonima parrocchia appartenente all'arcidiocesi di Amalfi-Cava de' Tirreni.
È stato fondato nel 1086-1087 sul modello dell'abbazia di Montecassino: a questo periodo risale la messa in opera degli architravi romani di reimpiego, visibili sulle tre porte nella facciata.
