Description

Ruine des Schanzens, die nach 1908 errichtet wurde; gelegen nördlich der Straße in einem landwirtschaftlichen Gebiet mit hauptsächlich Wiesen. Ausgeführt zur Vervollständigung der Hauptverteidigungslinie der Stadt und durch das Gesetz vom 30. März 1906 vorgesehen. Die Absicht war, die Stadt Antwerpen gegen einen Artilleriebeschuss zu schützen.
