Saint-André is a village situated at a height in the Belgian province of Liège and is a part of the municipality of Dalhem. It is located on the border with the municipality of Herve across from the N672, opposite the hamlet of La Haye. Until January 1, 1977, it was an independent municipality. Saint-André belonged to the Abbey of Burtscheid and came into the Duchy of Brabant at the end of the 13th century, which was also the Count of Dalhem at that time. Saint-André was added to the lordship of Trembleur.
