On the “Atem schöpfen” Health Route in Bad Freienwalde, you can hike for a good 5 kilometres through a wonderful protected landscape area. You can and should take around two hours for this – time out for you. This is exactly the period of time that produces measurable effects on your health when you spend time in the forest.
