Hippodrome de Pontchâteau

The Calvaire racecourse's geographical position between Vannes and Nantes and on the Rennes Redon St Nazaire axis has made it highly attractive. With its proximity to the Madeleine interchange on the RN 165 (exit 13), it is also very accessible for professionals and the public.

The racecourse has 63 boxes, 60 stalls, 1 salivarium and hot-water showers for the horses - the trotting track has been completely melted down with sand. All this work has been carried out for the comfort of professionals.
Every year, the Chairman and the Committee ensure the safety, welcome and upkeep of the racecourse, as well as the smooth running of the nine meetings a year held in one discipline: trotting.

Rental of the panoramic restaurant and racecourse hall outside race days, for weddings, seminars, family reunions, etc

The racecourse has been awarded the Race and Care label (equine welfare) as well as the Equures label (environment and animal welfare)
