Throughout this trail n°23, admire the small built heritage (wash house, hall, monument…) that has been enhanced in the villages of Auboncourt-Vauzelles crossed by this trail. The stream "La Saulces" will accompany you at the start of this hike in Saulces-Monclin.
At the starting sign, head towards the church, then at the intersection, turn right onto "Rue Aux Cannes."
Descend this street for 150m and, at the bend, turn right to take the grassy path.
Then follow the stream "La Saulces" and turn left at the bridge.
Then join the road on the right and continue on "Rue Maillard." At Petit Maillard, follow the path on the far right (marker 7/29).
After 1.5km, at the intersection, turn left.
Follow this path that leads to Auboncourt-Vauzelles.
Once in the village, pass beneath the church and turn right to leave the village.
Travel along the road for 230m and turn right.
Continue on this path to reach and cross the departmental road.
At the next intersection, turn right.
Follow the path and take the right curve (marker 18/29).

At the bottom of the descent, continue left, then 240m further, turn right.
Arriving at the "ferme de Vauzelles", turn left to enter "Vauzelles" and, at the wash house, turn right.
Then take "Chemin de la Grue" and turn left at the intersection.
Continue straight for 1.2km to reach Saulces-Monclin.
At marker 27/29, turn right then left 170m further on.
Then follow this grassy path that will lead you to "Rue de l’Arsenette" and then to your starting point.
