Sankt Paulus Kirke er en kirke og tidligere sognekirke i den belgiske by Kortrijk. Den ligger i Lange Muntewijk og var indviet til Antonius af Padua. Kirken blev afviklet den 1. juli 2010. Minister Geert Bourgeois underskrev den 30. marts det ministerielle dekret om ophævelse af kirken Hellige Paulus i Kortrijk med virkning fra den 1. juli 2010. Bispens havde anmodet ministeren herom den 4. marts.
