Wilhelmsfeld er en kommune med cirka 3200 indbyggere i Rhein-Neckar-kredsen i det nordvestlige Baden-Württemberg. Den statslige anerkendte kurby opstod i begyndelsen af det 18. århundrede i det ryddede område af Odenwald.
Kommuneområdet ligger i en højde på 280 til 530 meter i det bakkede landskab i den sydlige Odenwald, lige bag dens buntsandstensekstrakt. Beliggenheden er præget af dalbunden af Hilsbach, hvor Belschbach munder ud, og af de omkringliggende, skovklædte højder. Hilsbach flyder mod øst til Steinach. Mod vest åbner en saddel sig til Schriesheimer-dalen.
