Duftmuseet i Farina-Haus ligger i synsafstand fra Kølns rådhus og overfor Wallraf-Richartz-museet i Køln og er indrettet i fødeshuset for Eau de Cologne i de originale produktionslokaler fra det 18. århundrede.
I bygningen på Obenmarspforten har den i 1709 grundlagte, ældste eksisterende parfumeproducent i verden, Johann Maria Farina, overfor Jülichs-Platz haft sit hjemsted siden 1723. I museet vises produktionsmetoderne for Eau de Cologne på flere etager siden produktionens første dage og de udstyr, der er blevet brugt til produktionen, fx de destillationsapparater, som Farina først nød godt af i større omfang til parfumeproduktionen. Derudover kan man se dokumenter og billeder fra parfumeproduktionen samt plagiatforsøg på produktet, som endnu ikke kunne støtte sig til en lovligt forankret varemærkerettighed. Yderligere udstillinger viser udviklingen af parfumeproduktionen og markedsføringen i glasbeholdere.
