Plencia,[2][4][5] tidligere kaldet Plasencia de Butrón,[2][6][7] er en spansk kommune i Vizcaya, Baskerlandet. Den ligger cirka 25 kilometer nord for Bilbao, ved kysten, i den nordvestlige del af provinsen. Byen Plencia ligger ved den højre bred af floden Butrón, i den sidste bugt hvor saltvandsbugten Plencia opstår, lige før dens udløb i Plencia-bugten. Med en overflade på 6,30 km² har Plencia en befolkning på 4387 personer ifølge folketællingen i 2017[8], og om sommeren plejer det at blive forøget fire gange på grund af tilstrømningen af sommergæster, der kommer for at nyde Plencia-stranden. I dens farvande konkurreres der i den traditionelle kapsejlads, kaldet Bandera de Plencia.
