Riquewihr er en kommune og by i den franske afdeling Haut-Rhin. Kommunen har et areal på 17,1 km² og har 1136 indbyggere. Riquewihr ligger nordvest for Colmar.
Byen er kendt for vinproduktionen og er en vigtig turistattraktion. Udseendet af den alsaciske vinby er bevaret med mange bindingsværkshuse i centrum. Ligeledes er bymuren bevaret; byporten Dolder stammer oprindeligt fra 1291 og er senere blevet forstærket.
