Der Bahnhof Berlin-Wilhelmshagen ist ein an der Niederschlesisch-Märkischen Bahn gelegener Bahnhof der Berliner S-Bahn. Er befindet sich in der Siedlung Wilhelmshagen im Ortsteil Rahnsdorf des Bezirks Treptow-Köpenick und ist die letzte Station auf Berliner Gebiet an der Vorortstrecke nach Erkner. Er wird von der S-Bahn-Linie S3 bedient.
Eröffnet wurde der Bahnhof am 15. November 1882 als Neu-Rahnsdorf. Mit dem Umbau der Niederschlesisch-Märkischen Bahn wurde bis einschließlich Erkner ein neues Ferngleispaar angelegt und die neue Strecke in Dammlage gebracht. Der nunmehr nur noch vom Vorortverkehr bediente Bahnhof wurde im Zuge dieser Arbeiten von den Architekten Karl Cornelius und Waldemar Suadicani neu errichtet. Dabei wurde ein Mittelbahnsteig mit den berlintypischen Aufbauten errichtet. Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten im Jahr 1902 erfolgte die Umbenennung in Wilhelmshagen. Die Bahnhofsanlage ist heute denkmalgeschützt.
