Die Kirche Loickenzin ist ein Kirchengebäude in Loickenzin, einer Ortslage von Altentreptow im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. Sie gehört zur evangelischen Kirchengemeinde Klatzow in der Propstei Demmin im Pommerschen Evangelischen Kirchenkreis.
Die Kirche ist ein rechteckiger Fachwerkbau mit Südvorhalle und einem mit Brettern verblendeten Westturm aus dem ersten Viertel des 18. Jahrhunderts. Die Kanzel mit Aufgang und Schalldeckel sowie die Westempore stammen vom Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts. Der Altaraufsatz ist auf 1693 datiert. Das Geläut im Turm besteht aus zwei Glocken, von denen eine 1573 gegossen wurde.
