Grotenberge es una aldea en la provincia belga de Flandes Oriental y una comuna de la ciudad de Zottegem. Grotenberge tiene una extensión de aproximadamente 466 ha y cuenta con alrededor de 1300 habitantes; el barrio Bijloke tiene aproximadamente 800 habitantes y se ubica en su mayor parte en el territorio de Grotenberge. Grotenberge comprende los barrios Wolvenhoek, Pardassenhoek, Klabot y, recientemente, Bijloke. Hasta la década de 1970, Grotenberge era una comuna bastante rural en las Ardenas flamencas. Con la construcción de la N42, la zona industrial y el barrio Bijloke, esto ha cambiado considerablemente. Grotenberge forma en gran medida parte del área de pequeña ciudad de Zottegem.
