Basilica de Santa María Asunta (Italiano: Basilica Patriarcale di Santa Maria Assunta) es la iglesia principal de la ciudad de Aquileia, en la provincia de Udine y la región de Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italia.
La iglesia original data del siglo IV. La actual basilica fue construida en el siglo XI y renovada nuevamente en el siglo XIII. Se encuentra en la Via Sacra, con vistas a la Piazza del Capitolo, junto con el campanario y el baptisterio.
