L'église de San Giovanni Battista à Bagno Vignoni est un bâtiment sacré situé à Bagno Vignoni dans la commune de San Quirico d'Orcia.
À l'intérieur, il y a un tableau de l'école siennoise du XVIIIe siècle représentant Sainte Catherine de Sienne avec Bagno Vignoni en arrière-plan. Sur le portique donnant sur la piscine se trouve la petite chapelle dédiée à Sainte Catherine de Sienne, construite en 1660. On y a placé une fresque du début du XVIIe siècle représentant le Christ ressuscité, maintenant détachée et conservée dans l'église de San Giovanni Battista.
