Una facile escursione lungo i laghi Andreas, Sack e Brunsteich, passando per la Sachseneiche e la Helbinghütte fino alla Sachsensteinhütte (timbro 166), vi conduce oltre il monumento di Loren a Neuhof fino al forno di gesso storico (timbro 192). Poi si prosegue verso il punto panoramico Mehholz, verso la Kutzhütte e lungo le scogliere di Höllstein per tornare alla stazione di Walkenried.
