Hildesheim Dom, også kaldet Høje Dom til Hildesheim eller Mariendom til Hildesheim, er katedralen i det romersk-katolske bispedømme Hildesheim i Hildesheim. Den er en af de mest betydningsfulde bygninger fra før-romanikken i Niedersachsen og er en af de ældste biskopskirker i Tyskland.
Den første dombygning på dette sted blev opført i 872 på den såkaldte Domhøj. Bygningerne og kunstskattene har siden 1985 sammen med Michaeliskirken været en del af verdensarven under betegnelsen Dom og Michaeliskirke i Hildesheim. Bygningen med sin mægtige vestbygning og koret domineres af overvejende romanske og gotiske bygningsdele.
