Det barokke slot Neschwitz ligger i den navngivne by Neschwitz, cirka 15 km nordvest for Bautzen i Sachsen og betragtes sammen med den tilhørende slotpark som en af de kulturhistorisk vigtige slotanlæg i Lausitz.
