Palauet af Generalitat, tidligere Casa de la Diputació, er sædet for præsidenten for Generalitat de Catalunya. Ligesom det i Valencia er det en af de få bygninger af middelalderlig oprindelse i Europa, der fortsætter med at fungere som sæde for regeringen og den institution, der byggede det, Generalitat de Catalunya. Det ligger i den gotiske bydel i Barcelona på Plaza de Sant Jaume, overfor Rådhuset. Palauet af Generalitat er et af de mest værdifulde symboler på Catalonien, blandt andet fordi det har formået at overvinde historiske og politiske nødssituationer, og fordi det, sammen med Parlamentets Palads, rejser sig som en bastion for demokratiet i Catalonien.
