Rasen-Antholz er en italiensk kommune i Sydtyrol med 2911 indbyggere. Den omfatter Antholz-dalen samt et mindre område af Pustertal. Kommunen er især kendt for sin langrends- og biathlon-infrastruktur.
Rasen-Antholz ligger i den østlige del af Sydtyrol øst for Brunico. Det 120,92 km² store kommuneområde dækker hele Antholz-dalen. Derudover omfatter det også mindre områder af Pustertal, der løber fra øst til vest, hvor Antholz-dalen afgrener sig mod nord ved Olanger Becken. Befolkningen bor i seks større landsbyer med fraktionsstatus samt nogle landsbyer og enkeltstående gårde.
