Knudepunkt Oud-Dijk er et vejknudepunkt beliggende på territoriet af den hollandske kommune Zevenaar for tilslutningen af motorvejene A12 og A18, nær Oud-Dijk. Den ufuldstændige trompetnodel er åbnet i 1974. Kun den trafik, der kommer fra Arnhem, kan komme på A18. Trafik, der kommer fra Oberhausen, kan ikke komme direkte til A18. Fra Doetinchem kan man heller ikke køre direkte til Oberhausen. Der er dog reserveret plads til disse forbindelser. Indtil den tid må trafikken fra Doetinchem tage afkørsel 1 for derefter at komme til afkørsel 30 på A12.
