La iglesia de San Giovanni Battista en Bagno Vignoni es un edificio sagrado ubicado en Bagno Vignoni, en el municipio de San Quirico d'Orcia.
Dentro hay una pintura de la escuela sienesa del siglo XVIII que representa a Santa Caterina da Siena con Bagno Vignoni de fondo. En el pórtico que da a la piscina se encuentra la pequeña capilla dedicada a Santa Caterina da Siena, construida en 1660. Allí se colocó un fresco de principios del siglo XVII que representa a Cristo resucitado, ahora desprendido y preservado en la iglesia de San Giovanni Battista.
