La piazza Joseph de Bronckart è un'arteria del quartiere dei Guillemins. Inizialmente ha portato il nome di piazza dei Guillemins, prima di essere ribattezzata con il nome di questo politico liégeois che ha lavorato per lo sviluppo dell'insegnamento primario. Il fatto che la piazza di Bronckart fosse originariamente chiamata piazza dei Guillemins è certamente dovuto all'antico convento dei Guillemites, che si estendeva fino a questo luogo.
