l'eremita. Arrivata in Flobecq-bois senza
denaro o bagagli, si sarebbe isolata in
un rifugio costruito con tronchi di legno di abete
sulla cima del monte Rhodes.
Amava la solitudine e la natura intorno a lei.
La sua capanna è stata risparmiata dai
tedeschi durante la guerra. In memoria di
questa donna, la popolazione di La Houppe ha ricostruito la sua capanna
nel Bois de La Houppe.
Oggi la “capanna di Sylvie” accoglie gli artisti.
