Il Kiebitzbrack è un brack di 3,7 ettari situato nelle Vierlanden a Amburgo, all'origine orientale della Gose Elbe. Si trova al confine dei quartieri di Kirchwerder e Neuengamme, all'interno della riserva naturale Kiebitzbrack. Il nome del corpo idrico deriva dal Kiebitz, ovvero dalla casa situata al margine ovest, che nelle antiche mappe era indicata con il nome Kiebitz. Nel XVIII secolo era conosciuto anche come Elbdammsbrack.
Il corpo idrico, lungo circa 390 m e largo al massimo 290 m, con una profondità che raggiunge gli 8 metri, è probabilmente sorto nel XVII secolo. Oggi è l'origine del canale Gose-Elbe, che prosegue come Gose Elbe e sfocia nella Dove Elbe presso la riserva naturale Die Reit a Reitbrook.
