El palau de Topkapi és un dels més grans palaus d'Istanbul, Turquia. Durant més de 400 anys fou la seu administrativa de l'Imperi otomà.
Després de la caiguda de Constantinoble, el soldà Mehmet II el Conqueridor va residir en un palau força petit a Beyazıt , però entre els anys 1475 i 1478 ordenà construir sobre les ruïnes d'una antiga ciutadella romana els edificis que serien l'origen del palau de Topkapi. En segles posteriors, tots els soldans van enriquir i ampliar el palau amb noves construccions fins al final del segle xix, en què el van abandonar.
