Kloster Rupertsberg var et benediktinerkloster i Bingen am Rhein. Det lå på Rupertsberg på venstre side af mundingen af Nahe i Rhinen.
Den berømte tyske mystiker Hildegard von Bingen forlod omkring 1150 klosteret Disibodenberg ved Odernheim am Glan med 20 andre nonner for at grundlægge et eget kloster over gravstedet for den hellige Rupertus. Rupertsberg havde en gunstig beliggenhed på grund af trafikårene langs Rhinen og Nahe, og efter at en gammel kapel først fungerede som klosterkirke, opstod der gradvist et nyt klosterkompleks. Den treskibede klosterkirke blev i 1152 indviet af ærkebiskop Henrik af Mainz. Omkring denne tid var Hildegards første værk Liber Scivias allerede meget kendt. Hendes fleste værker blev til på Rupertsberg. I klosterets scriptorium blev de ofte kopieret, hvorefter de blev spredt over hele Europa.
