Kaiser-Wilhelm-Tårnet er et udsigtstårn, der blev opført til ære for den tyske kejser Wilhelm I. ved Bad Schmiedeberg, med en højde på 30 m.
Kaiser-Wilhelm-Tårnet ligger cirka 3,5 km sydvest for byen Bad Schmiedeberg på en skovklædt bakke i den byskov, der tilhører Dübener Heide. Bakken ligger cirka 80 m højere end byen. Navnet Smuk Udsigt er blevet almindeligt kendt for den. Tårnet kan nås fra landevejen L 128 via en stikkesti på cirka 350 m. Fra nord fører en naturtrappe op til tårnet.
