Borgen Alter Falkenstein, også kaldet Burg Alt-Falkenstein, i Harz er en borgruin af en højmiddelalderlig højborgen i byområdet af Falkenstein/Harz i Landkreis Harz i Sachsen-Anhalt. Den blev bygget i det 11. århundrede og blev ødelagt i 1115.
Borgruinen Alter Falkenstein ligger i den østlige del af Harz, Mansfelder Land, mellem Mägdesprung og Meisdorf på en klippe højere oppe end dalen af Selke. I den skovklædte naturpark Harz/Sachsen-Anhalt ligger den i naturbeskyttelsesområdet Selketal cirka 1,25 kilometer nordvest for Köhlerhütte, der ligger nær Kreisstraße 1344 nordvest for Pansfelde. Herfra kan man komme til borgruinen ad skovveje over den maksimalt 364,2 m høje Hirschplatte.
